OnlyOneOf, currently consists of KB, Rie, Yoojung, Junji, Mill, and Nine, have been capturing hearts worldwide with their unique blend of music, dance, and charisma. Known for their innovative concepts and meticulously crafted performances, the group has quickly garnered a dedicated fanbase, especially in the queer community. On the 2nd of June, the boys brought their talent to the iconic gay club Heaven in London, creating a night filled with energy, excitement, and a celebration of pride.

The night kicked off with a palpable sense of anticipation among the crowd, which only grew louder as OnlyOneOf took to the stage. The group immediately showcased their incredible dance skills, executing synchronised moves with a level of precision that clearly reflected their rigorous training. Each member brought their unique flair to the performance, adding layers of personality and charm to the intricate choreography.
One of the highlights of the night was their interaction with the fans. The group took time to joke around and express their gratitude, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Their genuine appreciation for their supporters was evident and added a personal connection that resonated deeply with the audience. The fans responded with overwhelming enthusiasm, their excitement reaching peak levels during the night.

A standout moment was the encore. Returning to the stage, OnlyOneOf delivered a cute and heartwarming finale, celebrating Pride by showcasing various pride flags. This gesture was met with roaring applause, underscoring the inclusive and supportive environment of the evening.
The fun doesn’t stop here, I had the pleasure to have an exclusive interview with OnlyOneOf!
The interview happened before the group performed in London.
Davide: Hello, OnlyOneOf! I’m Davide from Davide K-pop. It’s an honour to meet you
guys. Could you briefly introduce yourselves and share a fun fact (TMI) about each
member for those who may not know you well?
KB: Hello. I’m Kyu-bin, the OnlyOneOf’s hot guy. My TMI is that I’m so hot that my body
temperature is 100 degrees.
Rie: Hello. I’m Rie, known as the King God General Cutie Sexy Awesome Adorable Vocal
Puppy of OnlyOneOf. My TMI is that even though fans think I’m cute, I’m actually even cuter when you get to know me.
Yoo-jung: Hello. I’m Yoo-jung, OnlyOneOf’s pretty one. My TMI is that I’ve been so into bagels lately that I eat at least two a day.
Junji: Hello. I’m Junji. I love singing and have long hair. Also, my hair color has faded to
green.
Mill: I’m Mill, the prince of OnlyOneOf. My TMI is that I used to have curly hair but now it’s straight.
Nine: Hello! I’m Nine, the youngest member. My TMI is that I’ve gained a lot of weight
recently and became much healthier.
Davide: Congratulations on your recent world tour! How is your tour going? It seems you’ve been very busy. It must be physically demanding and exhausting. What insights or realisations have you gained from your tour so far?
Rie: First of all, I’m most grateful for all the fans coming to see our performances. Through our music, I’ve deeply realised once again how much hope, comfort, empathy, and support we can provide to many people.
KB: When I perform solo, I get nervous because all the fans focus on my every move, but it’s thrilling to see them enjoying the performance with me.

Davide: What is your favourite song to perform live and why? My favourite songs are “libidO” and “dOpamine.” I’m really looking forward to those performances!
Rie: I like all of our songs, but my favourite is “Gaslighting.” I love seeing the fans’ pupils
dilate when we perform it live.
Yoo-jung: My favourite song is “libidO.” I think it represents OnlyOneOf’s sexiness, softness, and power the best, and it’s also a fan favourite.
Junji: I like “libidO” and “byredO.” I enjoy songs with a strong base and cyber-like vibe. My favourite song is definitely “libidO.”
Mill: I think it’s “Gaslighting.” The fans’ cheers are the loudest during that song.
Nine: Thank you for liking our performances! I’ll do my best to show you guys a great stage. My favourite song is “byredO” because it represents the identity of OnlyOneOf and I feel proud of the recording.
Davide: What do you like most about being on stage? How do you maintain a connection with your fans both on and off stage?
Yoo-jung: On stage, I try to perform with the mindset of sharing the stage with our fans. Fans from different countries sing our lyrics in Korean without any language barrier, and I try to make eye contact with each fan during performances. Off stage, I try to have comfortable conversations with fans who find me difficult to approach, which helps maintain a good relationship with them.
Junji: I’m happiest when I’m on stage and singing while looking at the fans. Seeing their expressions and hearing them sing along makes me feel like we’re truly performing together. Off stage, I joke around with fans but get shy when they compliment me. I often respond by complimenting them back, which helps build a bond.
Mill: The best part of being on stage is hearing the fans’ cheers. The louder their cheers, the more we shine on stage. We always feel like we’re living our lives together with our fans.
Davide: Have you been to London before? What are you looking forward to the most about your London performance?
Rie: It’s my first time in London! I visited Europe for the first time last year through Belgium and I was captivated by the beautiful scenery, delicious food, and enthusiastic K-pop fans. I’m looking forward to experiencing the energy of London fans!
KB: Through video calls, I’ve heard from London fans that they’ve been waiting for us, so I’ve been eager to visit. I’ve had a picture of London Bridge as my laptop wallpaper,
dreaming of seeing it in person. I’m thrilled to finally make that dream come true.
Mill: I’ve been to Belgium for a Hallyu concert last year, but it’s my first time in London. Many fans have asked us to visit London, so I’m honoured to finally meet them and feel their love and energy during our tour.

Davide: Will you have time to explore London? What are you most looking forward to, or is there anything specific you want to do? If you need travel tips, feel free to reach out!
Junji: I’m very excited to visit London. I’m looking forward to seeing the scenery, buildings, and trying the food!
Mill: I’m a big fan of football, especially Tottenham Hotspur. If I have time, I’d love to visit Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, take a picture, and buy a uniform.
Davide: Do you have any new songs or projects planned? Can you give us a hint of what to expect next?
OnlyOneOf (collectively): We are always working on new songs whenever we have time. We’re constantly thinking and researching what kind of music will highlight OnlyOneOf’s uniqueness. We promise to work hard on our next project or album to meet fans’ expectations.
Davide: How do you maintain your group’s dynamic and teamwork during tours and
recording sessions?
Nine: We try to anticipate almost every possible situation and prepare in advance. We’ve been together for so long that we’re more like a family than a team, so I don’t really have specific tips. One thing is certain, when I take a step back and look at our group, I see a lot of mutual care and consideration.

Davide: Do you have any special messages for your fans?
Rie: It’s already our 5th anniversary, and despite not having many opportunities to meet, we’re very grateful to our fans for their support and patience! We’ll do our best to show you guys an amazing performance. We love you, lyOns! ♥
Junji: To our beloved lyOns who care for us so much, we love and cherish you. You are the reason we can breathe and live. Let’s continue making happy memories together! We love you!
Davide: What hobbies or activities do you enjoy during your free time?
KB: I enjoy surfing and bowling.
Rie: I love nature. I enjoy taking walks or hiking nearby and finding peace in nature. I also like watching YouTube.
Yoo-jung: I sleep a lot and spend most of my time sleeping. I also enjoy playing various
computer games with friends.
Junji: I often take dance classes or practice singing. I listen to a lot of music and analyse it, which I find really fun and time flies when I do that.
Mill: I watch a lot of dramas, especially during tours when there’s a lot of time spent on
flights. I catch up on the dramas I couldn’t watch before.
Nine: I either work on music, play games, or sleep.
Davide: Is there a K-pop song you’re currently enjoying?
Yoo-jung: I like “(G)I-DLE’s ‘Queencard.’” The song seems to alleviate everyone’s struggles and offers comfort by suggesting that ‘it’s better to move past the pain’.
Rie: I like “Supernova” by Aespa. The song and choreography are both amazing. I’m curious about how it would sound if we rearranged it in our own style.
Mill: I like “It’s Art” by PSY. I’ve been watching videos of festivals and events in Korea for reference, and the more I watch, the more I want to perform on stage with our fans.
Davide: Thank you so much for taking the time to do this interview. It was great getting to know you guys better! I look forward to seeing you again and wish you all the best!
