Masterful Storytellers: ONEUS Captivates London’s Indigo at The O2

K-pop boy group ONEUS brought their 2025 ONEUS WORLD TOUR ‘H_OUR, US’ to London, stopping at the iconic Indigo at The O2 on the 13th of December. I have been keeping my eyes on ONEUS for sometime and I was looking for the live show.

Before diving into the night, let me introduce ONEUS. The group made their debut in January 2019 with the first EP Light Us and the lead single “Valkyrie.” Since then, they have established a reputation for powerful stage presence and conceptually unique releases, reinventing themselves for every comeback.

For the London stop of the tour, ONEUS performed as a four-member unit. Seoho was notably absent from the stage, as he was currently fulfilling his mandatory military service.

The four members who took the stage showcased their individual strengths. Leedo, the group’s main rapper, was recognised for his distinctively deep vocal tone and powerful delivery. Keonhee, a main vocalist, brought significant energy to the stage, grounding the performance with his bright, smooth vocal tone. Hwanwoong, a main dancer and vocalist, impressed with his precise technique and engaging stage movements. Finally, Xion, a vocalist and the maknae (youngest member), added a charming and appealing quality to the group’s overall stage presence.

Leading up to the tour, the group had a strong run of recent releases. This included their digital single “Fly to you,” which arrived in October, and the EP 5x, released in June 2025. There was significant anticipation among the audience to see tracks from the 5x EP performed live, especially the title track “X.” Translating these recent studio recordings into a live, high-energy stage show was a key focus of the night.

ONEUS opened the show with the iconic “X,” one of their latest tracks, followed by a cover of Fin.K.L’s “Now” and the stellar “BLACK MIRROR.” This first segment wrapped up with “Kick It,” an NCT 127 cover. For those unfamiliar, the group previously performed this song during the first round of the Mnet reality competition show Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace, and they truly nailed the execution once again. Following this high-energy opening, the members took a short break for introductions, expressing their genuine happiness to finally be performing in London.

The show continued with “TIME MACHINE,” which brought a fun summer vibe to the room that made the audience feel like they were at the beach. “BAD” was up next, and the mood shifted instantly as everyone began cheering and waving their lightsticks in unison. This part of the set closed with “We Are Young,” leading into a short VCR clip that built anticipation for the solo stages.

Xion was the first to take the spotlight, performing “Camellia” while seated on a stool. His warm voice created such heartfelt harmonies that the ballad felt like a lullaby sung straight to the heart. Leedo followed with “Sun Goes Down,” completely changing the energy of the room and showcasing his impressive rap skills and stage presence. Hwanwoong was third with “RADAR,” and it was a standout performance; he began the choreography blindfolded, and the storytelling shared with the dancers was incredibly intricate. Finally, Keonhee rounded out the solo section with “I Just Want Love,” a sweet and upbeat performance alongside the dancers.

The group reunited on stage for “LOVE ME or LOSER,” which sounded amazing live, followed by the uplifting “Life Is Beautiful.” In a fun nod to the viral animated movie K-pop Demon Hunters, ONEUS paid tribute to their roles in the film by performing “Soda Pop.” The energy remained high as they transitioned into “IKUK,” which brought an electric atmosphere and more incredible choreographic storytelling. They briefly performed “Intro: Who Got the Joker?” which, despite its length, was a powerful moment that led straight into “No Diggity.” Staying with the K-pop Demon Hunters theme, they performed “Your Idol” while wearing traditional hanboks, making the performance even more iconic.

The show moved into “LUNA,” where they incorporated a traditional umbrella and fan dance into the choreography, seamlessly mixing traditional Korean elements with a modern sound. This theme continued into “Same Scent,” one of the night’s highlights, which featured beautiful veils and fantastic scenographic fans. Although “Lit” was the final song of the main set, the crowd knew a K-pop concert isn’t complete without an encore.

ONEUS kicked off the encore with a festive, Christmas version of “BBUSYEO” that felt incredibly uplifting. They then brought a gritty, punk-rock energy to the stage with their debut track, “Valkyrie.” The high energy continued with “Shut Up Crazy Hot!” before they performed “BLACK MIRROR” once more to close out the night officially. It was an incredible experience; the members proved themselves to be master storytellers, with each set weaving a narrative through their singing and dance. The way ONEUS structured the show made it feel extra special, proving they are a force to be reckoned with. I certainly cannot wait to see what they bring to the stage next.
