LYKN Live in London: T-Pop Icons Triumph at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire

On 10 April 2026, Thai boy group LYKN made their historic UK debut at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. This performance, a key stop on their Dusk & Dawn World Tour 2026, marked the first time the group headlined a British stage, signalling a major milestone for the T-Pop movement in Europe.

Formed through GMMTV’s survival reality show Project Alpha, LYKN—comprising William, Lego, Nut, Hong, and Tui—has rapidly evolved from promising rookies into a powerhouse of the T-Pop scene. Since their 2023 debut, they have defined their identity through a sophisticated blend of contemporary pop, smooth R&B, and the high-calibre choreography that has become their trademark.

One of the things that makes LYKN extra unique is their success as actors under GMMTV, one of Asia’s most influential studios. A significant portion of their “LYKYOU” fandom was built through the members’ compelling roles in popular Thai television series, particularly within the BL (Boy’s Love) genre. This dual identity allowed the group to arrive in London not just as musicians, but as established storytellers, translating their on-screen chemistry into an emotional live experience that resonated deeply with the UK audience. Let’s now dive into the night.

Before the show started, a series of music videos from different GMMTV artists played on the big screen on stage; it was such a fun and amazing way to warm up the fans! This was my very first Thai Pop show and I was very excited. While I was getting ready for the show, it was so nice to catch up on all the songs and artists I didn’t know… and then, it was finally show time!

After a cool video intro, LYKN made their way on stage, kicking off the night with “First Sight” wearing some very cool leather jackets, followed by “Who Says”. After a quick outfit change, removing their jackets to reveal white shirts, they continued the opening set with “Feel Like Me”.

The group then took a moment for some introductions and expressed how happy they were to be in London. The set continued with “May I?” and “No Worries”. With a little costume change, wearing some incredible gilets covered with shiny stones, the entire mood of the stage changed with standing mics as they continued with “Trust Me” and “Foreground”.

After a short break, it was time for the solo stages. First in line was Nut, who covered “Kit Teung Jung” by Oat Pramote. Up next was Tui, who covered “Rewrite” by ZENTYARB x PUNYARB. Third in line was William, who covered “Pit Tee Wai Jai” by Silly Fools, followed by Lego, who performed “Ouch!” by Hi-U. Last in line was Hong, who performed “Gum Nun Taung Lor” by Pop Pongkool.

All the solo stages were so unique and different from each other, and I could see each member’s personality shining through. My only note would be that I was a bit sad that Hong didn’t perform “ถูกสเปก (Let’s Go)”, but it’s understandable why; the song came out just a few days ago. It’s such a nice track, so make sure to check it out if you haven’t listened to it yet!

After the solo stages, LYKN were back together to perform the next set, which kicked off with “Drip” and the iconic “No Way”. The whole mood changed—so much energy! This was one of the songs I was most looking forward to!

“Trick or Treat” and “Umm Umm” were up next, followed by “Would You Mind?”. LYKN then performed “Charm”, which had amazing choreography, and then “Sugoi”.

Unfortunately, the show was coming to an end. After a short outfit change, the group was back on stage to perform the sweet “Destined”. After a thank-you speech, the guys took a group photo with the audience, which led to the encore, opening with “LYKYOU”, “First Sight”, “Sugoi”, and LYKN, then officially closed the show with “Feel Like Me”.

LYKN delivered a show full of talent and high energy! It was my first T-Pop show, and it didn’t disappoint; LYKN was a force of nature! Each member stood out individually and showcased their personality, which I found very interesting and memorable.

I look forward to seeing what the future holds for this incredible group!

Photos coming soon…
